RealUseBench publishes fixed-workflow evaluations for specialty field-service software. The four core protocols model commercial cleaning, garage-door service, chimney service, and air-duct cleaning with synthetic customers, properties, jobs, photos, inventory, and payments.

Evidence before scores

Every product claim carries one of three labels: hands-on tested, vendor documented, or not verified. A vendor-documented guide is a practical trial plan built from primary product documentation; it is not presented as an observed product result.

Benchmark scores remain unpublished until the complete synthetic workflow and its required artifacts pass the declared protocol. Commercial relationships have no weight in the scoring model.
